At Sweet Annalise we promise only to make cakes and confectionery with the best ingredients, these include:
- Free Range Eggs from local farmers and small holdings
- Organic flour from a mill in Gloucestershire
- Fresh cream from a Dairy Farm near Lancaster
- Butter from the Forest of Bowland
- Fair Trade Sugar
We are currently trying to source Fair Trade Chocolate and Cocoa which will be suitable for our products
Sweet Dreams
For several years now, I have been sat at my desk in various office jobs; planning and hoping that one day I could work for myself doing something I love; making delicious things to make people happy.
Well slowly, I seem to be getting there, with the fantastic help and support of my partner Andy. I am so excited that this may actually be happening! (Although there is still a lot of wonderful hard work ahead)
